Manchester City started their Champions League debut against Napoli at the Ethihad Stadium. Their hopes of a home win were hanging in the balance in the 68 minute when Cavani scored for Napoli. Alexander Kolorov scored for Man City 4 mins later though. Manchester City had a close call that night.

Barcelona 2-2 AC Milan

Barcelona suffered a blow in the 24th second when Pato raced through the Barcelona defence and scored.
Goals from a Pedro tap-in and a David Villa free kick got Barca 2-1 up. But the lead was cut to a draw in injury - time. A frustrating night for the Champion League holders!
